general Requirements for employment:

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Reliable transportation to our shop in Litchfield, NH

  • Ability to maintain DOT Certificate

Pay:

  • $25+/hr (based on experience)

  • paid holidays & paid vacation

Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday

  • Overtime opportunities & weekends as needed

  • note: we do not offer lawn work nor snow removal services

We currently have openings for both our landscape construction crew and our landscape planting & maintenance crew as follows:

Experience needed for hardscaping jobs:

  • 1 year landscape construction preferred, including installation of concrete pavers, walls and stairs

  • Experience driving dump trucks with trailers

  • Operating experience with skid steer and mini excavator

  • Basic understanding of grading and drainage

  • Some knowledge of planting installation, irrigation, and lighting a plus

Skills:

  • Strong verbal and communication skills

  • Organizational skills

  • Ability to manage crew personnel

  • Manage task productivity

  • Deliver high quality and detailed level of work


experience needed for landscaping jobs:

  • A love for plants and ecological landscape value

  • A desire to create and maintain beautiful, engaging outdoor living spaces throughout southern NH

  • A desire to work seasonally from late February / early March through early December

  • Strong attention to detail

  • A supportive and cooperative team-driven attitude!

Additional helpful skills (not required):

  • Experience driving dump trucks with trailers
